With just over a year of operation, betterview has revolutionized laser treatments for correcting vision defects. The growing demand for these treatments prompted the opening of a flagship store in the center of Zurich. The design strategy is grounded in three pillars:

1 drawing inspiration from the avant-garde futurist movement founded in 1909 by Moretti, establishing that machines deserve worship, the eye correction laser, an incredible piece of technology, takes a prominent place within the space. Positioned behind the storefront, it is visible from the street, serving as both a lure and a mean to convey the innovative processes taking place within the store.

2 the space boasts impressive 4.55-meter-high ceilings. The program necessitates compartmentalizing the space into smaller rooms. To preserve the sense of height, the "box within a box" concept is employed, organizing different components within boxes made of various materials based on their specific requirements.

3 In a space where clients are particularly sensitive to light, lighting plays a crucial role in creating a pleasant atmosphere. A dense grid of LED profiles is crafted, allowing for a low luminaire intensity. The direction of the profiles guides the eye seamlessly from the street to the back of the space, providing a cohesive and unified design.
