The intervention to accommodate the new betterview AG offices in the Wintower has created a workplace where people can feel confortable by their environment and thus be truly productive.

Originally known as the Sulzer-Hochhaus, the Wintower was built between 1962 and 1966 by the architectural firm Suter & Suter, serving as the headquarters for Sulzer AG. However, the challenges that the engineering industry faced in the 1980s, led to the acquisition of the building by the Wintower Immobilien AG in 1998. This marked the beginning of a comprehensive refurbishment, aimed at offering individual floor leasing options.

For the intervention, three clean boxes are strategically positioned within the floor plan's corners. These boxes serve dual purposes: providing privacy and separation for specific program elements, while also enhancing the flow of the open spaces. The open office spaces occupy the eastern and western facades, and a communal area occupies the southern facade, promoting collaboration and connectivity among the employees.
